Service and Billing Terms & Conditions

Any unexpected subterranean obstructions may also slow the process or increase costs. Work performance or delays is dependent upon material and product availability and any and all unforeseen weather conditions. Additional work will be billed at a time and material basis and no change order will be provided.

Material prices may increase between the bid date and the project start date; therefore, this increase in cost will be passed on to the client. 

Bark, mulch, rock, etc. is bid for a specific quantity of material based on our best estimates of depth needed based on the square footage of the area for installation. More or less may be needed to reach the desired depth and appearance, especially when adding to existing material, and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Clients will be notified if additional material is needed after initial quantity is installed.

Tree trimming/removal terms - not responsible for damage to driveways, underground utilities, or irrigation. Stump grinding is not included unless noted. Allow one week to complete stump grinding, grindings will remain on site unless specified for removal at an additional cost.

Neighboring properties will be respected and any damages incurred will be compensated.  Tools & materials left at the jobsite will be gathered neatly in an inconspicuous place and a jobsite cleanup will occur on a daily basis before leaving the property.

Rest breaks will be included in billable time when required by law to be taken during work scheduled for client.

All Seasons Gardening and Landscaping assures the highest quality in all materials and labor furnished.

Due to the nature of services provided by All Seasons Client agrees to bring any questions or concerns about the work or material furnished to the attention of All Seasons immediately and provide All Seasons the opportunity to inspect and correct if needed. Any delay in notification may affect the ability to accurately determine the condition at the time that service was completed.

All Seasons accepts the following payment methods: Cash, Check, ACH, Debit, and all major Credit Cards including Discover and American Express. Payment is due upon completion of work, unless other payment terms are specified in the Service Agreement or Contract. Late fees of 18% APR or $10 per month, whichever is more, will be added to all overdue invoices.

Client agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, collection charges and other expenses in connection with collection of any amounts owed to All Seasons.

Additional work is billed at our hourly rate of $65.00 per man for landscape clean up work for current maintenance clients and $80.00 per man for all other landscape related work or clean up work for non-maintenance clients, plus a service charge per man based on the chart below and total hours per visit at the applicable hourly rate.
