Symonds Residence (Los Osos, CA)
This small, but very detailed landscape was designed by the client, a retiring Architect, for his forever home to conform to the Zone Zero requirements set by the Board of Forestry and Fire Protection. (https://bof.fire.ca.gov/projects-and-programs/defensible-space-zones-0-1-and-2). Landscape Designer Val Innes helped finalize the design and select the plants.
Built by All Seasons Landscaping, every inch is built for fit, form, and function, with over 1816 square feet of pavers and 336 square feet of composite decking, the outdoor living space far exceeds the indoor.
